High tenacity 6005 aluminum alloy frame

Quick opening and closing system with nautical pulley
Quick opening and closing system with double internal circuit nautical pulley stainless steel-carbon pulley and locking system (EASY BLOCK). The carbon stainless steel pulley normally used on sailboats and the rope used for mooring ensure smoothness, lightness and durability over time even with heavy and prolonged use.

FLASH is a central pole umbrella that can cover from 9 to 25 square meters. With high-tenacity 6005 aluminum alloy frame, stainless steel nuts and bolts, slender figure design collar in TIG welded aluminum, rib-arm joints in nylon that gives strength.
The telescopic opening system allows you to open and close the umbrella over tables or chairs or people extremely quickly thanks to the nautical pulley in stainless steel and carbon with internal circuit and double locking system (EASY BLOCK) and the rope of nautical derivation.
Flash is designed to be modular (MODULAR CANOPY) for easy replacement and maintenance even of just one segment of the umbrella. Standard with soft windproof airvent or rigid airvent as accessory and without flounce in minimal version or in classic version with 25 cm perimeter flounce with 5 types of shapes. Premium PVC storage case included in the price.The canopy collection is available in 3 versions in more than 45 color collections: ENTRY, yarn-dyed; DESIGN, mass-dyed and DESIGN + PERFORMANCE a waterproof and dirt-resistant resin-coated nautical fabric. Even the frame can be customized with white, manganese, or RAL colors of your choice. Optional Logo application – transfer lettering on flounce or on segment. The bases available are free-standing, floor fixing or burial kit. Can be equipped with an advanced waterproof LED lighting system with cable routing inside the umbrella consisting of a 100 cm LED bar, warm or cold or RGB light, 24 V power supply and WI-Fi receiver with remote control , battery and dimmer (light intensity adjustment).
The LED light can be directed upwards to illuminate the umbrella, downwards to illuminate the tables, or partly upwards and partly downwards with integrated lighting and intensity adjustment and can be associated with direct connection to the electric current or with batteries connected in series and cover carter. For use 365 days all year round, it is available with lateral walls applied to the flounces of the umbrella with removable hinges (with Velcro) . Available 1500 Watt external heaters with IPX5 waterproof infrared rays.For multiple configurations, is available the union gutter applied with a removable zip and velcro.

Care, Maintenance and Warranty
Umbrella Maintenance and Care
A fundamental product for your business or garden will last longer over time with proper maintenance.
When we refer to a professional umbrella we must consider the fact that we are talking about a product that will be placed in an outdoor space and subject to wear, therefore special precautions are needed in maintenance and cleaning.
In general, Gaggio recommends:
- Do not proceed with the installation and use of the umbrella without first reading the installation and user manual
- If the umbrella does not have an installation and user manual, ask Gaggio srl for a copy
- Always have the installation carried out by qualified personnel
- Make sure that the weight of the base (ballast) is always commensurate with the weather conditions, the conditions of the flooring and the size of the umbrella. In any case, it is recommended to close the umbrella in case of strong wind or in case of adverse weather events.
- Make sure that the umbrella is firmly fixed on the base by means of the provided fixing screws
- Do not stay close to the umbrella during the opening and closing phases
- Do not approach or direct heat sources directly to the cover cloth
- Close the umbrella by releasing the flaps of fabric left inside the structure
- Always tie the umbrella with the appropriate belt once closed, avoiding leaving layers of fabric and flounces fluttering in the wind
- Always wear the protective cover when putting the umbrella back or when transporting it
- Pay attention during the opening and closing phases that the fabric does not get stuck in the frame and not to hit walls and other objects present
Rain and snow: fabrics treated with waterproofing resins (so-called waterproof) do not constitute an absolute guarantee against rain and bad weather. Water can, in fact, seep through the seams holes. Gaggio srl’s use of special yarns, resins for seams and special processes (WATER SAFE system) considerably reduces the phenomenon but unfortunately does not eliminate it. The waterproofing treatment also manifests a natural decay over time.
